Tempus Cellars

* We're looking forward to the return of Joe Forest, owner/winemaker of Tempus Cellars in Walla Walla this Saturday, June 29th from 1 - 6 p.m.  We love the style of Tempus wines; bold with flavor, capturing qualities from the earth, while maintaining a polished, round texture and lengthy finish.  A native of Seattle and University of Washington graduate, Joe took courses in the Enology Program at Walla Walla Community College in 2004, while simultaneously working at Seven Hills Winery.  In 2005, Forest became assistant winemaker at Dunham Cellars, and was the head winemaker at Patit Creek Cellars.  Tempus is a Latin word meaning time.  Alluding to the lengthy and steadfast nature of making wine, the Forest family hopes you appreciate the effort put into each and every bottle they produce.  We'll offer special 20% case discounts on all Tempus wines; mixed cases ok.... glass pours available, and club members taste complimentary!
