Sweet Treats Pairing w/ Chocolate Necessities

Join us for our annual "Sweet Treats & Wine" pairing, a celebration of delicious chocolates carefully paired with different, unique wines.  Truth is, most red wines do not pair well with chocolate, although the 'Red Wine & Chocolate' theme is very overdone.  We've selected wines that actually pair well with chocolates, for example, late harvest and sparkling wines, in addition to sherry, do very well with the correct chocolate flavors.  Come taste and enjoy!  This featured event runs for a full week and also features the amazingly wonderful chocolates from Chocolate Necessities in Bellingham.  Check them out!
