The August "Taste of Woodinville" dinner cruise will feature Mari Womack from Damsel Cellars, Tim Stevens of Stevens Winery and Darby English of Darby Winery on Friday, August 23rd from 6:30 - 9 p.m.  This is a fully catered dinner cruise featuring  appetizers, cracked crab and chicken, roasted potatoes, salad, bread and dessert.  The voyage will depart from La Conner at the Channel Lodge dock (directly in front of the wine shop) and take us up the Swinomish Channel and through Deception Pass... this is a fantastic scenic cruise abundant with eagles, seals, and spectacular scenery and wonderful history.  During the cruise you'll have an opportunity to order wine and pick up afterwards at the shop.  Cost is $129 per person; ($139 non club + tax).  RSVP is required by calling the shop at 360.466.1758.  There is a 10-day, non-refundable cancellation policy in effect for this trip.

• We'll kick off November this Saturday, November 2nd with a visit from our favorite Spaniard, Basilio Rodriguez of Casa Ventura Imports!  Basi will have information and discuss the April 2020 tour along Spain's Mediterranean coast (only a few spots open) and the upcoming dinner at Hotel Bellwether.   In addition we'll have some tasty wines from his portfolio including a white Tempranillo and a beautiful crianza from a famous estate in Rioja.  Club members taste complimentary; 20% case discounts offered on all featured wines, glass pours available!
